The Order Process

 

When you decide to place an order, just give me a call or drop me an email and I will contact you to get the information I require to start the order process.

 

· 8 Weeks minimum notice is required for all orders, however urgent orders may be taken, so please ask before placing an order and I will advise if I can meet your deadline.  The notice period only starts once I have received your deposit.

· Upon receipt of your order and deposit, initial proofs will be sent for your approval.

· Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client.  You will be sent 2 copies of all items for inspection and all changes should be clearly highlighted.  If an amendment is required, you will then be sent a further 2 copies for proof reading.

· Both copies should be signed and dated and you will keep one copy and return the other.

· Amendments required after final proofs have been agreed and production work started may incur extra charges.

· All stationery will have company contact details either printed on the back of invite or attached by small label.

· As each item is individually handmade, slight variations between items may occur (especially with feathers).  Should I have to source materials from another supplier, there may be slight variances in colour, etc but if there are significant colour differences, then I will contact you.

· I cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs during transit via any delivery service.

· I cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred due to late delivery for reasons outside my control (postal strike, etc).

 

Payment and Cancellation Terms

 

· A 50% deposit is required upon placement of an order.  The balance of payment is due one week before despatch of goods and no goods will be sent without full payment.

· Should you cancel your order before materials have been ordered, then I shall refund your deposit.  Should you cancel after materials are ordered, then I shall retain the full deposit.  Should you cancel once production has started or is complete, then I shall retain the full deposit and would also require the balance of the final payment to be made.

· Postage costs will be notified before final payment is due and must be paid along with final payment (should not be more than £10).

· No refund or exchange can be given unless the goods are faulty.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
